Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a NATIONAL legal firm specializing in Civil Litigation Defense. They are seeking Associate Attorneys to work REMOTELY in Virginia (Roanoke, Fairfax & Stafford/Fredericksburg areas). The ideal candidate has experience drafting legal documents such as pleadings and memoranda, possesses strong organizational skills, and is willing to handle a heavy workload. This role involves broad responsibilities and exposure to legal issues related to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation matters. This opportunity offers an excellent base salary ($80,000 - $100,000, DOE) and the chance to work remotely with a reputable firm while appearing in local courts as needed. Requirements
Must be currently admitted to practice law in VIRGINIA (multi-state admission is a plus) Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience at a law firm Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines Exceptional written and oral communication skills Highest ethical standards and professional integrity Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with all organizational levels Legal research skills; proficiency in LexisNexis is a plus Offers
