RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm, is partnering with a NATIONAL legal firm who specializes in Civil Litigation Defense and are seeking Associate Attorneys to work REMOTE in Houston, Texas! The ideal candidate has experience drafting legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda, strong organizational skills, and is willing to take on a heavy workload. This position exposes you to a range of legal issues related to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation matters. This opportunity offers an excellent base salary and the ability to work remotely while appearing in local county courts as needed. Responsibilities
Work remotely in Houston, TX for a national legal firm specializing in Civil Litigation Defense as an Associate Attorney. Draft legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda. Manage a heavy workload with strong organizational skills. Exposure to consumer protection-related transactional and civil litigation matters. Appear in local county courts as needed. Qualifications
Must be admitted to practice law in TEXAS (multi-state admission is a plus) and must reside in the Greater Houston area. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm in litigation. Superior organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Highest ethical standards and professional integrity. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior management and employees at all levels. Strong legal research skills; proficiency in LexisNexis is a plus. Benefits
