About the Job
The Department of Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics at the University of Minnesota seeks lecturers to teach courses that cannot be staffed by regular faculty or graduate students. Required:
PhD in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics or related field; teaching experience in aerospace systems, solid mechanics, materials, and fluid mechanics. Preferred:
Experience with relevant software, active classroom teaching, interest in undergraduate education, and familiarity with research literature. About the Department
The AEM department has active research in aerospace engineering and mechanics, with facilities like the Gemini-Huntley Robotics Research Laboratory, Minnesota Nano Center, and others. More info at
