Solutions Engineer - High-Growth Construction Tech Startup (SF) Growing Series A Startup | 2XX+ Customers | $XM+ ARR | Profitable Our client, a venture-backed construction tech startup, is revolutionizing the industry with their innovative integration platform. They're seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their dynamic team in San Francisco. This is a rare opportunity to join a profitable early-stage startup backed by top-tier investors (including YC and leading Silicon Valley VCs). Why This Role Is Special: Early-stage with de-risked fundamentals: Join a company with product-market fit, strong revenue, and profitable growth Work alongside a technical founding team with previous successful exits Tackle meaningful challenges in a massive, underserved market Be part of an ambitious team building something transformative The Role: You'll be a crucial player in accelerating revenue growth, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll lead technical demos, support the sales process, and become the go-to expert for the product's technical capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical demos and follow-up conversations with prospective customers Develop and maintain sales collateral and product documentation Partner with Sales to address technical questions and handle objections Support customer onboarding and implementation processes Influence product roadmap based on customer feedback Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Product, or Engineering roles Strong technical aptitude (experience with APIs, SQL, Postman, or similar tools) Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences Startup experience preferred (Seed/Series A/Series B) Must be able to work in-person in San Francisco (5 days/week) Compensation: Base: $120k - $185k Equity: 0.05% - 0.20% Full benefits package
