Potential for Hybrid Work and Pet-Friendly Office Job Description: Heidari Law Group is looking for an experienced Senior Employment Attorney to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an attorney with at least 7 years of experience in employment law, including significant trial experience. As a senior member of the team, you will lead complex litigation, mentor junior associates, and shape the strategic direction of cases. Also, We are seeking a Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate with at least 2 years of experience in employment law. This role offers the opportunity to grow within a thriving firm while expanding your litigation expertise. Senior Employment Attorney
Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of employment law cases, including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and workplace harassment Lead trials and arbitrations, including jury trials Supervise and mentor junior attorneys Conduct intake of screened leads and interview clients Provide strategic legal counsel to clients Manage a high-volume caseload and ensure all deadlines are met Develop and implement case strategies, including settlement negotiations and trial preparation Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active membership in the State Bar of California At least 7 years of experience in employment law litigation Extensive trial experience, including jury trials Strong leadership, case management, and negotiation skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate Responsibilities: Assist in employment law cases, including wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination Draft legal documents such as pleadings and motions Conduct intake of screened leads and interview clients Take and defend depositions Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations Conduct legal research and analysis Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and preparation Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active membership in the State Bar of California At least 2 years of experience in employment litigation Strong litigation and research skills Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills Benefits for Both Positions: Competitive salary Performance-based bonuses Paid vacation and time off 90% medical coverage with the Kaiser Gold Plan, with the option to convert to PPO Dental insurance How to Apply: To apply for either position, please send your resume and cover letter to [email or application link].
