Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for a Full- Time Interim Real Estate Attorney for a 3-month T-P assignment.
Overview : Our client seeks an experienced interim Real Estate Attorney with experience representing institutional and commercial lenders in complex financing transactions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial real estate experience. The role is ideal for someone with strong drafting, negotiating, and deal management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment Location:
The Client is seeking candidates seeking to work hybrid 3 days in their Roseland, NJ office. Responsibilities Include: Represent institutional and commercial lenders in complex financing matters. Structure, negotiate, and draft documents related to commercial real estate finance transactions. Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including review of title commitments, surveys, leases, and organizational documents. Coordinate closings and manage transaction timelines. Draft and review legal opinions and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the deal process. Qualifications Include: J.D. from an accredited law school. Bar admission in both New York and New Jersey. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate finance. Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work full-time, hybrid 3 days at the Firm’s Roseland, New Jersey office Pay Range:
