The ideal candidate will have expertise in analyzing legacy codebases to extract business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to design modernized solutions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed analysis of legacy application to identify business rules, workflows, and requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to understand the architecture and functionality of existing systems. Translate findings from code analysis into clear and actionable business requirements. Work closely with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather additional requirements and clarify ambiguities. Develop comprehensive documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, and use cases. Partner with development teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented in the modernized application. Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies related to the modernization effort. Provide regular updates to project leadership and stakeholders on progress and findings. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in large-scale Application Modernization projects. Strong expertise in analyzing legacy applications. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio for documentation and collaboration. Ability to work independently with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with reverse engineering tools and techniques.
