Role Overview

We\'re seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to build and own the outbound sales pipeline for high-volume insurance claims management and medical malpractice law firms. This role requires a hunter mentality, exceptional persistence, and the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions to legal and claims-related decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise prospects through cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and targeted campaigns
  • Outbound Prospecting: Execute multi-touch sequences via email, phone, and attending industry events to engage partners, managing partners, and legal operations leaders
  • Qualification & Discovery: Conduct initial qualification calls to understand firm structure, case volume, current medical review processes, and pain points
  • Deal Nurturing: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects through extended sales cycles typical in legal enterprise sales
  • Handoff Management: Coordinate smooth transitions to product team for qualified pilot opportunities
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in HubSpot
  • Market Intelligence: Gather competitive insights and market feedback to inform product positioning

Target Prospects

  • Personal injury law firms (25+ cases/month)
  • Multi-location legal practices with high medical record volume

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years B2B outbound sales experience, preferably in legal tech, healthcare tech, or enterprise software
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in a commission-heavy compensation structure
  • Experience selling to legal professionals or understanding of law firm dynamics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Legal experience such as paralegal or JD preferred but not required
  • Track record selling to partners/C-level executives
  • Understanding of medical malpractice or personal injury legal processes

Compensation Structure

  • Hourly + Commission
  • Uncapped commission potential
