Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Field Learning Experience Manager to drive the performance, engagement, and development of our field sales teams and customer-facing programs. This high-impact role bridges frontline execution and strategic learning initiatives, equipping field teams, store associates, and sales representatives with the tools, skills, and knowledge they need to excel. A key part of this role is delivering and optimizing training and sales enablement initiatives related to our key duplication kiosk solutions, including traditional keys and advanced automotive key and key fobs. You will design and deliver training programs, coach sales talent, lead onboarding efforts, and implement learning strategies aligned with our core business objectives. This position will be located at our Tempe AZ, Cincinnati OH, or Boulder CO office with 50% travel.
Essential Job Functions
Responsibilities
- Sales Enablement & Field Support: Drive adoption and sales of key duplication kiosks through store and district-level initiatives; partner with field sales reps, store managers, and district leadership to build awareness in kiosk operations and customer service; identify B2B opportunities and support external partnerships to expand kiosk usage; host in-store demos and events; coach sales teams on product knowledge and solution selling.
- Training & Development: Conduct learning needs assessments; design, deliver, and evaluate training programs and materials; facilitate onboarding including hands-on kiosk training and customer interaction best practices; provide coaching and development planning; support career progression with frameworks and tools.
- Program Management & Strategy: Use data and field feedback to track training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement; maintain and calibrate in-store kiosks for performance; collaborate with stakeholders to align learning strategies with operational priorities; act as primary link between corporate learning, sales, marketing, and the field.
- Communication & Relationship Building: Build relationships with store teams, regional leaders, and cross-functional partners; coordinate messaging and delivery with sales, training, and marketing; communicate training impact, field performance, and rollout status; serve as a point of contact for field questions and escalations.
- Administrative & Operational Excellence: Maintain detailed records of training activities, schedules, and participant progress; track learning outcomes in CRM and training systems; contribute to special projects, pilots, or regional launches; stay current on products, kiosk technology, policies, and industry trends.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, field enablement, training, or learning & development.
- Experience supporting or training on hardware or technical retail solutions, preferably including key duplication kiosks (mechanical and/or automotive).
Competencies
- Proven ability to design and facilitate adult learning programs in field-based or customer-facing environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills with a focus on practical learning application.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness and optimize learning strategies.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across store and district locations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with Salesforce, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales enablement platforms, LMS, and content creation tools.

Sales/Service environment varies by location/store setup. May involve cramped quarters, dust, fumes, or odors. Travel required; may drive long distances. Vision and hearing abilities required.

Medium physical work; lifting up to 30 lbs, occasionally pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs.
