Role : Senior Specialist, Identity and Access Management Engineer (Saviynt) – Managed Services

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance lifecycle management integration for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), leveraging Saviynt; drive planning, design, and execution of engineering projects to deliver IAM products and services including access provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, authentication, identity management, privileged access, and service account management
  • Design and implement IAM engagement solutions aligned with organizational goals and security standards; architect and implement accelerators to automate IAM processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and improve service delivery and scalability
  • Analyze and troubleshoot IAM system issues; provide robust engineering solutions, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
  • Collaborate with IT, security teams, and SMEs to extend IAM control solutions across technology assets; work with application development teams to ensure alignment of IAM solutions; communicate requirements and designs to customers; maintain a strong focus on delivering value
  • Monitor IAM operations for performance and compliance; escalate incidents as needed; provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Conduct research on emerging IAM trends and technologies; drive continuous improvement; create and maintain client knowledge articles, SOPs, and scripts; develop documentation for maintenance activities related to IAM solutions
  • Uphold integrity and professionalism in the work environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of recent experience with Saviynt, including development of connectors, approval workflows, and end-to-end reporting; minimum three years in development, support, configuration, and deployment of IAM products
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Knowledge of SailPoint, Okta, Entra ID and CyberArk; experience with any one tool is acceptable
  • Experience working with ITSM tools and IAM domains within an ITIL-managed services context
  • Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to work independently and communicate requirements directly with customers
  • Ability to travel as needed
