Position Focus
Shape the future of investing with our Investment Management Program, a key stream within GRO. This dynamic two-year rotational program develops high-potential graduates into future leaders in investment and asset management. You will participate in two 12-month rotations across areas like Real Estate Asset Management, Multi-Asset Strategies (MAST), Infrastructure Equity, Fixed Income Research, and Private Markets Product Development. You’ll gain broad exposure to the investment landscape while building a strong foundation for your career. Responsibilities
- Gain valuable and diverse experience with multiple asset classes and back, middle, and front office exposure
- Work with a variety of Assignment Managers to maximize the opportunity to acquire technical knowledge
- Develop an appreciation of the diversity of the asset origination and asset management businesses within the context of a large global financial services firm
Required Qualifications
- Expected to graduate in 2026 from an accredited university with a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Working knowledge of investment and financial markets
- Demonstrated understanding of financial and investment analysis techniques
- Ability to be flexible, creative, and proactive in a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to learn new software quickly
- Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis

Salary and Location
Referenced Salary Location: Boston, Massachusetts. Working Arrangement: Hybrid. Salary range is expected to be between $60,375.00 USD - $100,625.00 USD. Actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
