Position Focus Shape the future of investing with our Investment Management Program, a key stream within GRO. This dynamic two-year rotational program develops high-potential graduates into future leaders in investment and asset management. You will participate in two 12-month rotations across areas like Real Estate Asset Management, Multi-Asset Strategies (MAST), Infrastructure Equity, Fixed Income Research, and Private Markets Product Development. You’ll gain broad exposure to the investment landscape while building a strong foundation for your career. As part of GRO, you’ll benefit from mentorship, leadership access, and a collaborative community that supports your growth and helps you discover your passion for investments.

Responsibilities

Gain valuable and diverse experience with multiple asset classes and back, middle, and front office exposure

Work with a variety of Assignment Managers to maximize the opportunity to acquire technical knowledge

Develop an appreciation of the diversity of the asset origination and asset management businesses within the context of a large global financial services firm

Required Qualifications

Expected to graduate in 2026 from an accredited university with a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

Working knowledge of investment and financial markets

Demonstrated understanding of financial and investment analysis techniques

Ability to be flexible, creative, and proactive in a challenging and fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to learn new software quickly

Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis

Salary and Location Referenced Salary Location: Boston, Massachusetts. Working Arrangement: Hybrid. Salary range is expected to be between $60,375.00 USD - $100,625.00 USD. Actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees may participate in incentive programs tied to business and individual performance.
