Accounts Payable Accountant

Overview

Our client, a growing and prominent organization based in Palo Alto, is looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to join their team. This role offers opportunities for challenge and balance and is suited for someone who likes to take ownership and responsibility for the AP process.

Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
• Analyzing workflow processes
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
• Experience with Sage and Concur
• PO, pricing, charge and payment term comparisons
• Transaction processing and accounting duties such as account maintenance and recording entries

What You’ll Bring / Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree preferred (CPA strongly preferred)
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong tenure in previous roles
• Sage and Concur preferred
