Overview
Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. This role targets high-power open frame and server power solutions with a strong network within OEMs, VARs, and system integrators. You will drive new business, expand customer relationships, and help shape our presence in key West Coast markets.
Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities with new clients in high-power power supply markets (open frame, server power, etc.).
- Sales Strategy & Leadership: Drive revenue growth by executing targeted sales strategies across the region.
- Client Relationship Management: Leverage your network to build partnerships with OEMs, VARs, and integrators.
- Technical Consultation: Advise customers using expertise in high-power power supply applications and integration.
- Market Insight: Monitor trends and competitor activity to guide internal strategy and product alignment.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline updates and deliver regular sales forecasts to leadership.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience in high-power power supplies, especially open frame and server power.
- Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, and system integrators.
- Strong technical understanding of power supply products and systems.
- A solid network of industry contacts and decision-makers.
- Consistent record of exceeding sales targets in technical/competitive markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both technical and non-technical).

- Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year plus Commission
