Our clients, ranging from boutiques to large firms, seek Trusts & Estates attorneys to handle matters related to estate planning, litigation and administration as relevant.

For Estate Planners : an attorney with at least 2 to 10 years of experience advising high net worth individuals and families in all aspects of their estate and tax planning, as well as experience with trust and probate administration. This attorney will design, draft, and implement estate plans and offer tax analysis and advice. The candidate will, ideally, have some experience with real property transfers and fiduciary accounting.

For T&E Litigators : ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of solid litigation experience . Trusts & Estates litigation experience, or exposure to issues involving trusts, decedents’ estates and conservatorships or adult guardianships is preferred but not required.
