Commercial Litigation Attorney (Trial Exp. Req, $150K-$200K) HYBRID

Our client is looking for a Litigation Attorney to join their firm in Miami, Florida. The firm promotes a positive work culture, offers hybrid flexibility with only one required day in the office per week (Thursdays).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct depositions, substantive hearings, evidentiary hearings, and trials
• Provide recommendations for resolving legal issues
• Handle cases at any stage of litigation from inception through post-trial
• Collaborate with the Litigation Partner on case strategy
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Manage discovery and related deadlines
• Communicate with clients and provide status updates
• Timely and accurate completion of required administrative tasks
• Demonstrate exceptional legal research and writing skills
• Effectively manage multiple clients and competing priorities

Qualifications

• Florida Bar License with eligibility to practice law in good standing is required
• 3+ years of business/commercial law experience is required
• Trial experience is required
• Significant motion practice experience is required
• Experience conducting depositions and substantive hearings is required

Offer and Requirements

Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 + Origination % + Bonus Potential ($10K+)

Job Type: Full-Time

Billable Requirement: 1,620 hours annually
