Commercial Litigation Attorney (Trial Exp. Req, $150K-$200K) HYBRID Our client is looking for a Litigation Attorney to join their firm in Miami, Florida. The firm promotes a positive work culture, offers hybrid flexibility with only one required day in the office per week (Thursdays). Responsibilities
Prepare and conduct depositions, substantive hearings, evidentiary hearings, and trials Provide recommendations for resolving legal issues Handle cases at any stage of litigation from inception through post-trial Collaborate with the Litigation Partner on case strategy Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents Manage discovery and related deadlines Communicate with clients and provide status updates Timely and accurate completion of required administrative tasks Demonstrate exceptional legal research and writing skills Effectively manage multiple clients and competing priorities Qualifications
Florida Bar License with eligibility to practice law in good standing is required 3+ years of business/commercial law experience is required Trial experience is required Significant motion practice experience is required Experience conducting depositions and substantive hearings is required Offer and Requirements
Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Salary: $150,000–$200,000 + Origination % + Bonus Potential ($10K+) Job Type: Full-Time Billable Requirement: 1,620 hours annually Start Date: ASAP Location: Miami, FL
