Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Compensation

Salary: Up to $200,000 + Guaranteed Commission (Post-Performance Goal)

Bonus: $25,000 Retention Bonus

Responsibilities

• Take on high-value personal injury cases with significant first-chair trial and deposition experience (corporate defendants, experts, etc.).
• Provide leadership and trial strategy; contribute to management framework and use advanced case management tools.
