Litigation Associate Needed - $105k+ Base Salary + Bonus - Growing Law Firm
Base pay range: $125,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
- Handle own caseload for court appearances, hearings, oral arguments, written and document discovery, and depositions.
- Conduct complex legal research and draft motions and other written submissions.
- Represent clients in civil rights defense, employment discrimination, or general liability defense matters; manage litigation in state and federal court and before administrative agencies.
- Collaborate with experienced litigators and participate in training opportunities to develop expertise.
Qualifications
- JD from accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in New York
- Demonstrated interest in employment discrimination and civil rights/constitutional law litigation and/or general litigation. Former government attorneys welcome.
