Overview
Seeking Litigation Associate Attorney with two (2) to ten (10) years of practice experience for a boutique White Plains law firm specializing in defense of civil rights and employment discrimination cases and general liability defense practice. Excellent opportunity to gain extensive experience in litigation in state and federal court and before administrative agencies, as well as training from several experienced litigators. Associate will have own caseload for handling court appearances, hearings, oral arguments, written and document discovery, and depositions, and will conduct complex legal research and drafting of motions and other written submissions. Also some work handling student disciplinary hearings and appeals. Very collaborative work atmosphere with focus on attorney growth and skill development. Responsibilities

J.D. from an accredited law school Admission to practice law in New York Superior academic credentials Excellent writing and research skills Excellent oral advocacy skills Demonstrated interest in employment discrimination and civil rights/constitutional law litigation and/or general litigation Former government attorneys welcome Seniority level
