We are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Chief Human Resources Officer to lead our people strategy, culture, and organizational development. This opportunity arises due to the planned retirement of our current CHRO, offering a thoughtful leadership transition and the chance to build on a strong HR foundation.

As CHRO, you will serve as a key member of the executive team, driving innovative, scalable HR solutions aligned with our mission. You\'ll lead across all areas of human resources, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, inclusion, leadership development, and change management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership.
  • Oversee workforce planning, talent development, compensation, and HR operations.
  • Lead culture-building, inclusion, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Implement data-driven systems to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressively responsible HR leadership experience, including experience in an executive level HR role.
  • Bachelor\'s in HR or Business (Master\'s preferred); SHRM-SCP/SPHR.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic HR initiatives in complex environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams.
