Equipment Operator

Position: Equipment Operator for Frac Assist Location: Hundred, WV Ten Mile is seeking a self-motivated Equipment Operator for Frac Assist. Operators can typically expect to earn $80,000-$90,000 annually and will receive a company vehicle and fuel card. This position requires a 12-hour shift with night shift and weekend availability. Work is year-round, regardless of weather conditions. Employees have opportunities to pick up shifts during days off and must be capable of completing tasks independently. What We Offer

Responsibilities include operating various heavy equipment such as:

• Dozer
• Excavator
• Roller
• Skid Steer
• Rock Truck
• Grader
• Skidder

Position Requirements

• Preferably 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
• Maintain a Medical Examiner's Certificate for DOT vehicles
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and nights as needed
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Adherence to all safety policies and procedures
• Wear PPE in designated areas
• Perform daily equipment inspections and documentation
• Operate equipment proficiently and safely
• Maintain a professional attitude with colleagues and clients
• Work well in a team environment
• Keep equipment clean and operational
• Follow managerial instructions for daily tasks
• Work in all weather conditions
• Perform general labor duties as needed
• Report to work on time
• Attention to detail and stress management

Work Environment

This role involves outdoor work in various climate conditions, from cold and rainy to hot and humid. Noise levels can be moderate to high, with periods of exposure to machinery noise.
