The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:2. Candidates will work every other weekend, specifically Friday and Saturday nights. Responsibilities include monitoring and managing patients requiring critical care. Candidates should be comfortable with ventilators and administering medications via titratable drips. The electronic medical record system used is Epic. Ideal candidates will be team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals. Dress code requires navy scrubs, and hoodies or sweatshirts are not permissible. This role does not involve call requirements but may require coverage during holidays as needed.
