The role focuses on partnering with leadership to retain a high-performing, engaged workforce aligned with the JHH patient family culture. Requires advanced knowledge of HR laws, regulations, trends, and standards, including career services, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance. Experience in an academic medical setting is helpful. Must be creative and resourceful in handling complex issues. Work Experience:
Five (5) years of progressive HR management experience, including employee relations, preferably in a university or hospital setting. Experience advising management on various HR matters and familiarity with HRIS systems is preferred. Education:
Bachelor of Science required; Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Required Skills and Experience:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) and/or experience in a unionized environment. Salary Range: $37.04/hour - $61.16/hour, commensurate with experience. Johns Hopkins prioritizes health and well-being.
