This role will be based out of our Scottsdale AZ office, so we will be prioritizing locally qualified candidates. The Sr HRIS Manager will leverage extensive expertise in ADP Workforce Now and HR systems integrations to lead the HR technology strategy. This role oversees HRIS operations and drives seamless integrations between ADP and other business systems. Collaborating with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors, the Sr HRIS Manager ensures optimal system performance, data integrity, and process automation. Additionally, the role involves working closely with the M&A integration team to seamlessly integrate data from legacy systems. The Sr HRIS Manager will assess current technology and process gaps, make recommendations, and accelerate internal improvements to ensure the organization is well-positioned for integration. This position will have direct report(s) and report to the VP HR. REQUIREMENTS

HRIS Strategy & System Optimization

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for ADP Workforce Now and related HR systems. Evaluate the current state of the department, conduct a comprehensive gap analysis, and implement strategic priorities to drive improvement. Lead system implementations, upgrades, and optimizations to enhance efficiency and user experience. Manage HRIS configuration, workflows, and automation to support HR operations, identifying opportunities for system enhancements and new technology adoption. Systems Integrations & Technology Leadership

Partner with IT and external vendors to develop and maintain API connections, SFTP data transfers, and middleware solutions. Troubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions to ensure seamless data flow. Collaborate with the M&A integration team to seamlessly integrate data from legacy systems into ADP. Stay up to date with HR technology trends and recommend new tools and improvements. Data Management, Reporting & Analytics

Ensure HR data accuracy, consistency, and security across all systems, maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulations. Develop and maintain HR dashboards, analytics, and reports using ADP reporting tools and other BI platforms. Support HR leadership with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making, ensuring compliance with data regulations, HIPAA, and other data privacy regulations. HRIS Administration & Support

Oversee the day-to-day administration of HR systems, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime. Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors for system-related projects and issues. Oversee the administration of HR operations within HR systems, including onboarding employees, collecting employment documents, and managing legal documents to ensure accurate and timely data entry and compliance. Provide training and support to HR and end users to maximize system adoption and efficiency. Establish best practices and maintain HRIS documentation, policies, and procedures, while assessing current technology and process gaps to accelerate internal improvements. REQUIREMENTS

7+ years of HRIS experience, with at least 5+ years as an HRIS Manager with direct reports. 5+ years hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now. 3+ years proven experience leading HRIS integration projects, particularly in M&A scenarios. Strong understanding of HR processes (payroll, benefits, talent management, compliance, etc.). Demonstrated expertise in HR system integrations, including API-based and file-based data transfers. Experience with integration tools such as Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar (preferred). Proficiency in ADP reporting, SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of HR compliance regulations and data privacy laws. 1+ year experience with Paylocity. COMPETENCIES

Functional/Technical Skills: Demonstrates advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms, particularly ADP Workforce Now, data management, and system integration. Capable of troubleshooting technical issues, leading system implementations, and optimizing system performance to enhance functionality and user experience. Execution & Results: Exhibits strong project management skills, ensuring timely and accurate completion of HRIS projects, including M&A integrations. Consistently meets deadlines and achieves performance targets, driving continuous improvement in HR processes, systems, and data integrity. Adaptability: Shows flexibility in adapting to changing business needs and technological advancements. Quickly learns new systems and processes, effectively manages change within the organization, and stays up to date with HR technology trends to support evolving HR strategies. If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
