Social Media Marketing Specialist

to help us grow, connect, and thrive online.

Job Summary As our Social Media Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the creative engine behind our digital presence. You will develop and execute strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and potentially Threads or a blog/newsletter. You\u2019ll work directly with us to build a consistent and compelling brand identity that captures our relationship, values, and lifestyle — and help turn our growing community into a powerful, engaging online brand.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement a cohesive content and social media strategy that aligns with our brand vision and growth goals.

Research trends, hashtags, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and relevant.

Analyze audience insights to refine targeting and messaging.

Content Creation & Management

Collaborate with us to plan and schedule engaging content (photos, videos, Reels, Stories, etc.).

Write captions, post copy, and call-to-actions that reflect our voice and tone.

Edit or oversee video/photo editing (basic skills preferred).

Manage posting calendar and ensure timely execution.

Community Engagement

Build and maintain relationships with other creators, and brand partners.

Support collaborations, giveaways, and influencer outreach.

Growth & Analytics

Track key performance metrics (followers, engagement, reach, etc.).

Optimize content based on analytics and performance trends.

Propose and test growth tactics (hashtags, posting times, paid boosts, etc.).

Brand Partnerships (Optional / Preferred)

Identify and reach out to potential brand partners or sponsorship opportunities.

Assist with creating media kits or partnership decks.

Requirements

Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts (preferably personal brands or influencers).

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and content trends.

Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.

Visual eye for aesthetics, branding, and cohesive feeds.

Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.

Video/photo editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus.

Experience with influencer marketing or brand partnerships is a bonus.
