Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day responsibilities for all aspects of matters you work on, from pre-litigation analysis and client recommendations to trial. Manage your own caseload with initiative and mature judgement. Contribute to case strategy and client communications across matters in business law, employment law, civil litigation, estate planning, and personal injury. Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop litigation strategies and recommendations.

Qualifications

Currently licensed to practice law in Colorado. Corporate/Business law experience: drafting and litigating purchase-sale agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, loan agreements, and service agreements. Employment law experience: drafting and litigating discrimination, wrongful termination, breach of contract, separation/severance agreements, non-competes, and FMLA disputes Knowledge of trial and hearing procedures including the Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Very detail-oriented with exceptional writing skills. Ability to handle their own caseload. A high degree of initiative and mature judgement. First chair trial and/or arbitration experience with a minimum of 5 trials.

Compensation

Base pay range: $175,000/yr - $225,000/yr Pay: $175,000.00 - $225,000 The annual salary range: $175,000 - $225,000 (Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act)
