Join a senior team to develop and lead private asset investing initiatives, with a focus on starting new practices such as PE secondaries or asset-based lending. Source investments, evaluate opportunities, and structure investments in collaboration with portfolio teams. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior talent within the investment team. Contribute to the development of firm strategy and potential new fund structures. Build relationships with investment professionals and strategic partners, while maintaining confidentiality for inquiries. Qualifications
Senior professional with a track record in sourcing investments and managing junior talent, ideally from a larger organization. Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in starting and growing a private asset investing practice within the firm. Experience or interest in private equity secondaries or asset-based lending is desirable. Ability to work across diverse fund structures and strategies.
