Responsibilities

As our Business Development Executive on the Private Client Services National team, you will: consistently complete sales calls and presentations cultivate and manage a large portfolio of potential accounts to meet personal sales targets utilize existing networks, a mid-sized list of account leads, and research insights to gain business or interest from targeted accounts conduct in-depth, targeted market research leveraging market awareness and understanding of the competitive environment identify and target potential business opportunities in delegated regions and/or industries interface with internal and external senior-level stakeholders and assist senior colleagues in advanced aspects of the deal process participate in professional/industry associations and attend conferences to expand and maintain a broad network Qualifications

Broker License Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred Minimum of five years’ experience with new business development, ideally with large group insurance experience Proven insurance industry experience with individual and group insurance products Valuable candidates who don’t check every box are also encouraged to apply. The applicable base salary range for this role is $90,800 to $169,200. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. A competitive total rewards package includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K and other retirement programs, and employee assistance programs.
