Overview
LVI is working with a national multi-disciplinary consultancy firm that has offices across the US. This firm provides professional architecture, planning, interior design, civil engineering, building measurement, structural engineering, and MEP. This firm specializes in the design of commercial, residential, and industrial development from offices, healthcare, multifamily, retail, and institutional projects. This role is for a Project Manager to join them in their Washington, DC office, delivering innovative commercial and residential land development projects from inception to completion. $115,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Manage land development projects from start to finish. Utilize the company's resources for design and construction documents. Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate phases of projects. Provide construction services. Maintain client relationships. Bring together the consultant team for projects to identify the scope of work, collect fees, and facilitate contracts. Responsible for local, county, state, and federal projects code searches and analysis for all projects. Responsible for any financial success. Communicate with clients, contractors, consultants, brokers and team members. Mentor and train younger engineers. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in civil engineering or relevant qualification. Professional Engineering (P.E) license required. Minimum of 10 years of experience in working on land development projects across the DMV area. Experience in grading, utility design, stormwater management, site design, site layout, erosion and sediment control, and Civil 3D. Strong written and verbal skills. Client offers
