Associate Vice President- Head of Mid-Atlantic Land Development and Civil Engineering Job Title: Land Development, Project Manager Location: Washington DC Years of Experience: Minimum of 6 years LVI is working with a small leading consultancy firm that has offices across Northern Virginia and DC. This firm is operating as a local small business, working on exciting land development projects in the community. This firm works on a variety of multi-family, commercial, and federal government projects across the Northern Virginia and DC area. Requirements
P.E License BSc in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree Minimum of 6 years of experience in land development. Experience in grading, stormwater management, utility design, roadway design, site design, erosion, and sediment control. Proficient in Civil 3D. Based in DC or willing to commute.
