We are looking for excellent General Manager candidates to join our management team. The primary role of the Wingstop General Manager is to work in tandem with the District Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store, provide exceptional customer service and proactively manage the front- and back-of-house team. The ideal candidate is focused on excellent customer service and strong operational results, with restaurant leadership experience and a passion for growing the business and developing their team. $26.00/hr - $30.00/hr Summary

Hourly job | Compensation Range: $26.00-$30.00 per hour. Yearly total compensation of $65K-$85K (DOE and Location) to include base hourly rate, quarterly bonus, health benefits, sick time, vacation time, 401k, and free meals. Responsibilities

Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop. Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, and scheduling team members in partnership with the District Manager. Coaches, counsels, and disciplines team members with professional maturity; communicates job expectations; plans and reviews performance and compensation actions; enforces policies and procedures. Communicates in a timely and effective manner with the District Manager about operational and human resources issues. Performs regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards are met. Maintains a calm demeanor during high-volume periods to keep the store operating to standard and set a positive example for the shift team. Tracks inventory and ensures accurate record keeping. Identifies and resolves issues with food preparation and handles customer service issues to cultivate happy, returning customers. Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy facility by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures and complying with health and legal regulations; maintains security systems. Achieves company goals by owning new and different responsibilities and exploring opportunities to add value. Ensures restaurant operating policies and standards are met, including quality food products, cash handling, and store safety and security. Maintains operational standards and communicates maintenance needs to Facilities; ensures communication across the organization from General Manager and District Manager to every team member. Uses company tools to coach, mentor, and develop team members for a high-performing restaurant; leverages Restaurant Support Center; manages risk in line with company standards. Demonstrates strong business acumen and drives results through teamwork to achieve store metrics. Qualifications / Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience. Food Handler Certification required (can be obtained during onboarding). Experience using a computer and POS system. Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and/or holidays. Spanish speaking a plus. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
