Far West Services, LLC . We are looking for excellent General Manager candidates to join our management team. The primary role of the Wingstop General Manager is to work in tandem with the District Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store, provide exceptional customer service and proactively manage the front- and back-of-house team. The ideal candidate is focused on excellent customer service and operational results, with restaurant leadership experience and a passion for growing the business and developing their team. Base pay range

$26.00/hr - $30.00/hr Summary of responsibilities

Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop. Recruits, selects, orientates, trains, assigns, and schedules team members, in partnership with the District Manager. Works with the District Manager and Human Resources to manage performance, including coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members; communicates job expectations; plans, monitors, and reviews performance; plans and reviews compensation actions; enforces policies and procedures. Communicates in a timely and effective manner with the District Manager about operational and human resources issues. Performs regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards are met by the team and the restaurant. Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard and set a positive example for the shift team. Tracks inventory and ensures accurate record keeping. Identifies and resolves issues with food preparation and handles customer service issues to cultivate happy, returning customers. Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by following sanitation standards and procedures; ensures compliance with health and legal regulations; maintains security systems. Assumes ownership for new and different job responsibilities and seeks opportunities to add value. Meets restaurant operating policies and standards, including quality food, cash handling, and store safety and security. Maintains operational standards and communicates maintenance needs to the Facilities Department; ensures communication from General Manager to the team. Uses company tools to coach, mentor and develop team members; leverages support from the Restaurant Support Center; ensures risk management issues follow company standards. Drives results through team collaboration to achieve store metrics. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Guest service mentality with a genuine desire to serve guests. Calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations. Ongoing learner with curiosity and self-improvement mindset. Ability to measure performance, both subjectively and objectively. Ability to cultivate an attractive culture within the restaurant. Ability to manage multiple duties essential to running a restaurant. Competence in labor management, store operations, and guest relations. Strong leadership, organization and time management skills. Professional demeanor; inspires trust, models best practices and fosters morale and teamwork. Proactive problem-solver and decision-maker. Understanding of good hygiene and food handling practices. Physical ability to lift/carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds with/without accommodation; ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment. Benefits

Yearly total compensation of $65K-$85K (DOE and Location) to include base hourly rate, quarterly bonus, health benefits, sick time, vacation time, 401k, and meals.
