ABOUT THE ROLE As a Production Operations Engineer, you will oversee and coordinate all facets of Ready Mix site operations, ensuring a seamless supply of products. You will play a critical role in achieving production, shipping, cost, quality, and safety objectives. Your responsibilities will include reviewing production schedules, determining workforce requirements, and monitoring production processes to meet customer demands effectively. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH Collect and compile production data, create process orders, and verify data entries and site reviews. Confirm monthly production volumes and collaborate with area management to adjust production schedules as necessary. Create and confirm new production orders based on demand. Monitor and reconcile book to physical inventory at each site at the product level. Provide SAP PM support and maintain SAP master data for recipes, materials, resources, equipment, and functional locations. Collaborate with RMX Area Managers, Driver Supervisors, and the construction team to implement and document safety protocols, including training and follow-up for JSA, JHA, and SOS. Assist in conducting SAP inventories for RMX Aggregate to streamline workflows and support month-end reporting. Serve as a resource for production teams, providing training, technical assistance, and troubleshooting for special projects. Support the Maintenance Planner with various projects, including quarterly and year-end SAP inventories. Commit to effective communication and adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies across all operations, promoting a strong culture of safety. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Education:

Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of relevant experience. Other:

A valid driver's license is required. Additional Requirements: Candidates must comply with all safety protocols and proper usage of Amrize-approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including respirators.
