Our client, a well-established commercial general contractor with a strong presence across the DMV region, is seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to join their team. This is a long-term opportunity with a company that values employee tenure, offers excellent benefits, and provides the resources to deliver high-quality commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout. Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance. Collaborate with superintendents to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality job sites. Lead client communication and maintain strong relationships throughout the project. Prepare and review cost reports, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation. Drive successful completion of commercial projects on schedule and within budget. Qualifications: 8+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 3+ years in a Project Manager role. Demonstrated track record of stability and tenure with prior employers. Strong background managing ground-up and/or interior renovation commercial projects (office, retail, healthcare, education, mixed-use). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
