$80-120k + Uncapped Commission up to 50% + H.1 / H.2 Bonuses + Team Override + 6 figure equity Responsibilities
Take on PNL of a team of 4, currently performing at $41k PPH. People management responsibilities of the existing team and build of a new market. Business development / job flow support from the Commercial Team. Mentorship from Global Brand Director. Scale brand to 12+ heads across entry-level and experienced talent in the next 12/8 months. Relocation assistance (UK / OZ to US or state to state). Lead the expansion and success of Harper Harrison in the Data Center space through 2025 and beyond. What we are looking for
Proven track-record of success building a recruitment desk, mentoring or managing a team buildout. Sales and recruitment experience required. A desire for in-office presence with management/leadership aspirations. Experience in leading a candidate-focused team to generate healthy revenue and maintain business. A self-motivated, initiative-taking attitude with the ability to identify and create new opportunities alongside global top billing leadership. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Uphold the ethos of being a good human and adopt a supportive team-player mindset to aid career development. Aim for personal development and contribution to LHi 2.0 culture. What we offer
Competitive salary ($80,000-$120,000 base) plus lucrative team override; quarterly, semi-annual and annual bonuses.
