Customer Solutions Engineer
in San Francisco. This role sits at the heart of sales, product, and engineering, leading demos, onboarding projects, and helping scale one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies. This is not a “follow the playbook” role. You’ll be at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering: part onboarding, part solutions, part implementation, part customer success. You’ll become a product expert, leading customer demos, running onboarding projects, and making the process faster and smoother as the company scales. Responsibilities
Lead customer demos and define onboarding and implementation plans. Own onboarding projects and drive progress across cross-functional teams. Partner with sales, product, and engineering to improve processes and the product. Serve as the face of the product from first demo to go-live with customers. What you’ll bring (Qualifications)
3+ years in SaaS (implementation, solutions, onboarding, CS, or similar). Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple implementations in parallel. Semi-technical comfort (APIs, SQL, Postman or similar). Ability to build credibility with stakeholders from CFOs to project managers. What you get (Benefits)

$110,000-$165,000
