Senior Product Manager, CRM Tech

MongoDB . About the Role: The CRM Tech team is at the heart of our Sales and Go-to-Market transformations. We architect, develop, and support a suite of essential sales technologies—with Salesforce as the central platform. We optimize and integrate systems that empower Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate customer engagement. The role involves leveraging advanced third-party data enrichment and automation platforms (including Marketo, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Segment.io, and others) to deliver deeper insights, improve lead quality, and enable smarter, more personalized engagement across the customer journey. This position is based in New York or remote within the U.S., with a work schedule aligned to Eastern Standard Time. You will understand business problems, develop hypotheses, and validate them with product solutions. You will own a roadmap that influences change years out and drive top-line growth and efficiency gains across the business. Responsibilities
Execute against the vision and strategy for a business-critical area of our Go-To-Market Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Customer Success to define system solutions Drive Salesforce Lead, Account & Territory transformation by aligning with business priorities and presenting a framework to transform the Core CRM implementation Demonstrate technical acumen and Salesforce.com platform knowledge to perform basic configurations, assemble solutions via proofs of concept, and document high-level use cases Lead company priorities and strategic projects across cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, CSM, etc.) as Core CRM expert Work with CRM and broader TechOps Leadership, Design, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Engineering to build high-quality products that solve cross-functional problems Identify user needs and business opportunities through research and feedback, and share learnings with colleagues Define and prioritize projects that maximize impact for the product line Own end-to-end product area responsibilities: product descriptions, enablement, demos, support, and materials for new features, with data-driven success metrics Collaborate with Internal Product & Engineering and the Product team on long-term vision for CRM TechOps strategy Drive execution with trade-offs, anticipate needs and risks, and communicate clearly Requirements
8+ years of experience in product management or related technical role Minimum 5+ years of Product Management experience building enterprise software products, tech services, platforms, or internal tools Ability to distill abstract challenges into strategy and a cohesive plan Ability to think big and small; manage multiple projects concurrently Technical know-how to partner with CRM engineering to define roadmaps Strong understanding of implementation methodologies; preferably hands-on Salesforce.com experience Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across teams Experience with Agile SDLC and breaking down programs into increments Data- and business-minded with ability to measure long-term impact Strong Salesforce ecosystem experience, including User Management, Account Lead Territory planning, and business-model building Equal Opportunity
