You will be a core member of the Corporate Development team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of FalconX through driving inorganic growth. You will work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment with autonomy and exposure to global initiatives and executives across functions. Role Responsibilities
Engage in all aspects of the corporate development process, including market research, sourcing, financial modeling, due diligence, negotiation, and post-deal integration Conduct comprehensive industry landscape analysis to identify themes and acquisition targets; effectively present findings to senior management Perform rigorous financial analyses including operating models, valuation, and transaction impact analysis Lead various aspects of due diligence in partnership with cross-functional teams (product, markets, revenue, operations) and external vendors Support post-acquisition integration, working cross-functionally Lead market intelligence, monitor competitor performance, and assess emerging market products Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in investment banking, or growth/private equity Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or similarly quantitative/analytical field Proficient in financial modeling, including various valuation methodologies Experience communicating with senior leaders Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Passion for the digital assets space and shaping the future of financial services Ability to work on ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-Haves
MBA is a plus Direct experience in the digital asset space is a plus Experience at a larger financial services firm Experience integrating acquisitions is a plus Compensation
Base pay for this role is expected to be between $102,000 - $178,000 USD. This base pay range is based on information at the time the post was created. The role is eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance-linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.
