In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world0s information. We\'re responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. The Over-the-Top (OTT) team is focused on making YouTube the streaming destination for TV, live sports, and premium content globally. In this role, you’ll grow subscribers for YouTube Primetime Channels by building new product experiences that help new and existing users learn about and sign up for Primetime Channels. Ideate, define, and launch products that grow subscribers and build foundational product experiences. Work with UX design, Engineering, UX Research, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, Strategy and other cross-functional partners. Collaborate with Product Managers across YouTube. Assess performance of products via experimentation, user research and other analytical modeling, and iterate to drive further hypotheses and product ideation based on insights. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor1s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role. 2 years of experience taking consumer focused technical products from conception to launch. Preferred qualifications: 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and other stakeholders. Experience with product management for consumer products, leading product efforts and setting direction/roadmaps in multi-stakeholder spaces. Experience with growth, streaming video, or subscription products. Employment information

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 plus bonus, equity and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level and location.
