Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role. 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch. Preferred qualifications

Master’s degree or PhD in a technology or business related field. 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to the leadership. 2 years of experience in Software development or Engineering. 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders. Experience with AI/ML techniques including Recommender Systems, Generative AI, Large Language Models, information retrieval, etc. Excellent problem-solving skills. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world\'s information. We\'re responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. As Product Manager for Game Creation and Experience, you will be responsible for building new interactive creation tools that let anyone make games and share them with the world, you will empower video creators with tools that make it easy to create videos of games, and you will build features that make it easy and fun to play games on YouTube. Lead product strategy and definition for a game creation experience on YouTube. Integrate game creation and sharing into YouTube in a way that makes it accessible to anyone. Build products that integrate games with YouTube video creation, live streaming, and community. Manage a road map of features to improve the game play experience on YouTube. Salary and benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
