Subscriber Programming Subject Matter Expert (SME) with specialized expertise in configuring, validating, and deploying LMR subscriber code plugs. Strong knowledge of interoperability, encryption compliance, and system design baselines. Experience with a broad range of subscriber platforms, including Motorola APX series. Proficiency in P25 standards, OTAR, and OTAP. Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance in accordance with agency requirements. Responsibilities
Specialized expertise in the configuration, validation, and deployment of LMR subscriber code plugs. Work with Regional Project Managers and the programming team to ensure effective coordination and communication. Qualifications
Specialized expertise in the configuration, validation, and deployment of LMR subscriber code plugs. In-depth knowledge of interoperability, encryption compliance, and system design baselines. Experience with a broad range of subscriber platforms, including Motorola APX series. Proficiency in P25 standards, OTAR, and OTAP. Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with Regional Project Managers and the programming team. Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance in accordance with agency requirements. Preferred Skills
Experience in managing tasking and logistics for field programming activities. Ability to adapt to changing environments and operational needs. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Salary and Location
Salary range: $170,000.00 to $184,000.00 annually. Location: McLean, VA; other geographic locations may differ. Benefits
