Experience in developing and delivering nationwide certified training programs. Prior experience as a Federal Law Enforcement officer. LEITP certification via FLETC to FLETA-accredited standards. Advanced knowledge of LMR communications systems, Codeplug, IP-based communications, NTIA and FCC regulations. Experience as an instructor at a Police Academy, FLETC, or similar institution. Experience in planning and coordinating interoperability during multi-agency, multi-discipline, and multi-jurisdictional public safety operations. Proficiency in various training delivery platforms. Advanced understanding of RF propagation, antenna characteristics, and RF safety requirements/regulations. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance in accordance with agency requirements. Qualifications

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $125,000.00 to $139,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay. Benefits
