About the Job You’re Considering This role centers on full ownership of implementing and configuring new functionalities, upgrading software, and driving business transformation for diverse customer processes on Teamcenter X. The project begins with defining requirements, for an example industry customer and evolves into configuring solutions for additional industries using Teamcenter X Industry Solutions on AWS or Azure Cloud platforms. You will lead the end-to-end implementation of Teamcenter X solutions tailored to specific industry needs. The role involves configuring new functionalities and upgrading existing systems to align with evolving business processes. You’ll work on cloud-based deployments, primarily using AWS and Azure, to deliver scalable and secure solutions. Each phase of the project builds upon the previous, expanding the solution portfolio across industries. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and transformation. The position demands a proactive approach to innovation and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Teamcenter X Industry Solutions through strategic execution. Your Role Identify and recommend development methodologies, frameworks, and tools for Teamcenter X setups across various industries. Suggest configuration and customization options within Teamcenter X’s constraints to meet specific customer requirements. Design and develop accelerator solutions on lab environments hosted in cloud platforms to address customer needs. Establish and enforce design and coding best practices aligned with Teamcenter X implementation standards. Maintain comprehensive documentation including architecture, service introduction, technical design, and project handover materials. Continuously enhance existing solutions by integrating the latest trends and technologies in Teamcenter X. Define and standardize the delivery process for Teamcenter X projects, ensuring alignment with customer and Siemens Cloud Services protocols. Your Skills and Experience Responsible for evolving Teamcenter X functionality to maximize reusable capabilities across core and client-specific developments. Ensure customer requirements are functionally analyzed and aligned with Teamcenter X capabilities for each industry segment. Effectively communicate solution vision and capabilities to upcoming projects using internal AWS/Azure cloud setups. Capture and promote knowledge of common capabilities within Teamcenter X to drive consistency and efficiency. Visualize complex organizational structures, processes, and technologies to inform solution design. Provide frameworks for proven design principles and patterns to guide implementation. Align business and IT strategies with Teamcenter X’s product roadmap to ensure long-term success.
