Lead the consolidation and harmonization of business processes onto the target PLM platform. Define the overall architecture and standards for the Digital Thread across engineering and manufacturing. Design and implement solution architecture using various PLM modules. Build and manage the roadmap for PLM transformation initiatives. Lead the planning and execution of phased data migration strategies. Drive future-state definition in areas such as BOM Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Manufacturing Engineering, and ERP integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Your Skills And Experience
Proven 18+ years of hands-on experience leading digital transformation initiatives across Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Smart Factory programs. Strong background in PLM strategy and implementation, including Siemens Teamcenter or Dassault 3DX. Deep functional expertise in PLM workflows and integration with enterprise systems like ERP and MES. Familiarity with industry frameworks such as TOGAF, UAF, and DoDAF, and ability to align enterprise vision with technical execution. Hands-on experience in BOM, Part Definition, Configuration Management, CAD Integration, and Manufacturing Engineering. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and scalability considerations, including AWS services and web technologies. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of delivering customer-focused solutions in large corporate environments, preferably in the aerospace domain.
