The position supports NEA’s strategic objective by providing high-level support for NEA’s Unit4 ERPx platform (internally known as NEA BizPro). Responsibilities include contributing to continuous improvement of ERP processes and support practices, recommending process improvements, and optimizing efficiency. This role collaborates with IT, business owners, and vendors to resolve issues, support system enhancements, and ensure effective use of the ERP solution. Key duties include providing Tier 1–Tier 3 end-user support for the ERP system; logging, tracking, and resolving support cases; escalating issues as appropriate; developing and promoting self-service resources (Tier 0) including knowledge base articles, job aids, quick reference guides, and FAQs; participating in release management activities (scheduling, communicating, testing, and deployment); and developing custom reports and dashboards using ERP reporting tools. Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 through Tier 3 support for end users of the ERP system. Log, track, and resolve support cases in the case management tool; escalate issues as needed. Develop, maintain, and promote self-service resources (Tier 0) including knowledge base articles, job aids, quick reference guides, and FAQs. Participate in release management activities, including scheduling, communicating, testing, and deployment of updates. Develop custom reports and dashboards using ERP reporting tools. Minimum Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Management, or Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Five years of progressively professional experience in IT functional and technical areas supporting ERP systems. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with ERPs, specifically Unit4 modules, or a comparable cloud-based ERP solution (e.g., Workday, Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to work flexible schedules (shifts) to support across multiple time zones. Occasional travel required. Selection Criteria
Tier 1 (Essential):
Design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of ERP business process solutions; issue logging/tracking, analysis, and troubleshooting; release management; understanding of ERP best practices and Unit4 security subsystems; configuration and setup (workflows, permissions, roles); applying best-practice controls for ERP user support issues. Tier 2 (Significant):
Developing custom reports and dashboards in Unit4; creating self-service resources; ability to handle multiple tasks under tight timeframes; independent and team collaboration; successful references. Tier 3 (Desirable):
Understanding Unit4 ERPx architecture; knowledge of SQL and Python; familiarity with NEA’s mission and NEA Business Transformation objectives. Additional Information
