Product Manager - TikTok Shop, Category Solutions
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of the e-commerce landscape to identify opportunities and risks to inform strategic decisions and guide actionable business strategies.
Develop a deep understanding of operational models, supply chain dynamics, and key challenges faced by e-commerce merchants.
Design and implement tailored solutions to optimize merchant performance on the platform, driving growth and operational efficiency.
Research and analyze pain points and growth opportunities for brands and small-to-medium businesses (SMBs).
Develop and refine customized product solutions and drive implementation to accelerate GMV growth.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
Understanding of e-commerce consumer habits and merchant operating models.
Strong critical thinking, curiosity, and ability to analyze information objectively and draw well-reasoned conclusions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; skilled in cross-team collaboration.
Strong data-driven mindset and proficient data analysis skills.
Preferred: experience in the e-commerce industry; MBA is a plus.
