This role is based in Miami, Tampa, Sunrise, Atlanta, Charlotte or Washington DC. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.
The successful candidate will support Marsh's Commercial Property & Casualty clients by leading daily operations at a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects, and ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
What you need to have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in risk management, business, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at various levels within client organizations.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple accounts and projects.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior colleagues.

Responsibilities
Maintain and expand low-risk accounts from a small book of business, while assisting senior colleagues with larger or complex accounts to develop technical and managerial skills.
Collaborate with senior colleagues and project specialists to identify key decision makers, account needs, and risks, determining the best services and products to meet client objectives and ensure compliance.
Conduct research and analysis to identify new market opportunities, strategize internal offerings, and support account expansion efforts.
Analyze project, account, and market data to develop viable proposals and solutions for clients or internal teams.
Assist in creating customized solutions for complex accounts and support presentations to clients and senior colleagues.
Ensure all managed accounts are in good standing, addressing escalated issues promptly to maintain operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Grow and nurture your professional network within client organizations and participate in industry events to strengthen market presence and represent Marsh.
