Were looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented storyteller who lives and breathes social media. As nailsaloons Social Media + Marketing Coordinator, youll focus on creating engaging content, building influencer relationships, and supporting events and brand activations. This role is perfect for someone who LOVES social content, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to grow with a trend-driven, luxury beauty brand. What Youll Do
Create and edit short-form video content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Develop creative ideas aligned with brand voice and culture Assist with events: influencer visits, activations, in-salon experiences Draft content calendars, captions, and email newsletters Track performance metrics and propose new content ideas What Were Looking For
2-3 years of social media/content experience with proven results Strong skills in video editing and graphic design (CapCut, Canva, Adobe preferred) Excellent writing/captioning ability Understanding of social trends, meme culture, and what makes content pop Proven track record of growing engagement and followers Organized multitasker with strong communication skills Bonus: experience with influencers, events, or PR About nailsaloon
Founded in 2014 in DCs Logan Circle, nailsaloon has grown into the DMVs premier nail salon and cocktail parlor, now with five locations.
