The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You\'re equally comfortable explaining your team\'s analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. About The Job: A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. Google uses technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. This role involves leading projects that span software QA/testing, and related program management activities within the Pixel organization. Base pay range: $132,000.00/yr - $189,000.00/yr. Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact. Prioritize program goals, translate stakeholders\' needs into goals and deliverables, and contribute to decisions on prioritization. Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, and manage project plans for supported program(s). Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations. Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and mutual goals. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in program management. Experience with the end-to-end mobile software development life cycle (e.g., build, test, and release). Experience on a software engineering team doing one of the following: software testing, software quality assurance, product launches, or software release management. Preferred qualifications

2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience in the consumer electronics industry. Experience with Android testing frameworks. About the employer and equal opportunity

Location: Mountain View, CA. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay within the range is determined by work location and other factors, including job-related skills and experience.
